NEW WATCHES WARRANTY

All new watches purchased at Vinhas come with the standard manufacturer's warranty. Please see each brands warranty information specifications (varies by Brand)

Manufacturer’s Warranty

During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, any material and manufacturing defect will be repaired at the brands service department. The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official Vinhas sales professional.

The Manufacturer's and New Watches' Warranties do not cover:

• The life of the battery

• Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the color and/or material of non-metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating)

• Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (e.g., knicks, dents, shock, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by the manufacturer

• The handling of the watch by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond the manufacturer’s control

PRE-OWNED WATCHES WARRANTY

Every Pre-Owned watch from Vinhas comes with a 1-year warranty that covers internal movement defects. All warranty service is performed in house.

The Certified Pre-Owned Watches Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, abuse, or other normal wear.

SERVICE & REPAIR WARRANTY

Watches that are fully serviced(complete overhaul C/O) by Vinhas receive a 6 month Service & Repair Warranty from the dated full service has been completed.

The Service & Repair Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, abuse, or other normal wear.

Service under this warranty is provided by the Vinhas Service Center. To obtain warranty service, you must bring the timepiece.
